PER D.N.PATEL, J. - (1.) Counsels for both sides jointly submitted that there are all chances of settlement of the disputes between the parties and, hence, let this Company Petition be sent to the Mediation centre.
(2.) Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the dispute between the parties, there are chances of settlement of disputes between them.
(3.) Registrar General of this Court is directed to send the copy of Company Petition No.03 of 2016 along with all annexures and affidavits filed by the parties, to the Member Secretary, Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority, Nyay Sadan, Doranda, Ranchi, who, in turn, will send the matter to an efficient Mediator looking to the nature of disputes between the parties.;
