- (1.) In both the Interlocutory Applications, petitioners urge for stay of revised programme for Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Exam, 2015 going to commence from 15th February, 2016.
(2.) From the contents of the instant Interlocutory Applications, it appears that revised programme in respect of B.Ed. Course for the Session 201415 have been published. Petitioners are B.Ed. Colleges and students in the respective writ petitions, who have come before this Court seeking grant of affiliation from the RespondentVinoba Bhave University for the Session 201415.
(3.) On the previous date 9th February, 2016, after hearing the counsel for the parties, time has been allowed to the RespondentUniversity and State to offer their response on merits and the matters are posted for 9th March, 2016.;
