Aparesh Kumar Singh, J. - (1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties. Annexure -9, letter dated 17 -8 -2013 of the District Accounts Officer, Dhanbad, respondent No. 6 to the Executive Engineer, Road Division, Dhanbad, respondent No. 5, impugned herein is only the remittance of the matter relating to verification of pay fixation of certain employees including the petitioner with certain objections along with their service book. Petitioners have approached this Court challenging the same. The matter apparently was referred to respondent No. 6 for verification of service book of the petitioners on grant of first A.C.P.

PETITIONERS have contended that a particular scale of pay Rs. 5500 -9000 is actually due to them over which there is unnecessary confusion in the matter by the District Accounts Officer, Dhanbad inspite of letter of the Superintending Engineer concerned at Annexure -5 dated 16.3.2013 and Annexure -6 of the Finance Department dated 1.4.2014. Petitioners have also represented before the respondent authorities. Apparently in the matter relating to cross verification of pay fixation by the hierarchy of officials of the respondent Government, which has not yet achieved finality, petitioners have rushed to this Court. It is for their controlling authority to look into the matter taking into account all relevant circulars on the point, the service book of the petitioners and their entitlement and if the controlling authority is satisfied he can make correspondence with the concerned District Accounts Officer, Dhanbad for the purposes of verification of pay scale etc.
(3.) THEREFORE , this Court does not consider it necessary to interfere in the matter at this stage. Petitioner is left to pursue the matter before the controlling authority with all supporting facts and documents which may be considered in accordance with law after taking into account the service record of the petitioners as well within a reasonable time. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.;
