- (1.) In this application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents for appointment on the post of Constable as he comes within the zone of consideration having qualified in the written as well as physical test.
(2.) The petitioner applied for the post of Constable in terms of advertisement no. 1 of 2004 and on having cleared both written and physical test, the petitioner was declared successful. However, in spite of qualifying, the petitioner was not considered for appointment to which the petitioner represented the authorities, but of no avail.
