- (1.) I.A. No. 6434 of 2014 This application has been filed seeking stay of further proceeding in Title Appeal No. 23 of 2010 pending in the Court of District JudgeII, Jamshedpur.
(2.) The learned counsels for the parties submit that instead of hearing I.A. No. 6434 of 2014, the main writ petition itself can be heard and finally disposed of.
(3.) Accordingly, the I.A. No. 6434 of 2014 stands disposed of W. P.(C) No. 920 of 2011;
