JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to pay his retiral dues.
(2.) ACCORDING to the respondents the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed and all the admissible dues have already been paid to him. In that view, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that now there is nothing to proceed with this writ application.
Mr. Kailash Prasad Deo, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that
though the petitioner has got some payments but he cannot readily say as to whether there is any other due still payable to the petitioner. Learned counsel, how ever, submitted that this writ application may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to raise his claim, if any, before the authorities concerned. .
(3.) IN that view, this writ application is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a demand for any remaining claim, admissible to him in accordance with law, but has not been paid, by filing a representation before the respondent No.4. If any such representation is filed, the said respondent shall consider and dispose of the same by a reasoned order, communicating the same to the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation.;
