JUDGEMENT

(1.) The learned Advocate General pointed out that the matter has been posted under the caption "For Final Disposal" which may creates some confusion. It is clarified that since the listing of the matters is carried through a pre programmed computerised system and since the matter was to be heard urgently, the Registry put this writ petition and other connected matters under the caption "For Final Disposal", though the matters are at "admission" stage only.
(2.) Mr. Ajit Kumar, Advocate appearing for the Medical Council of India submits that he has been acting as Additional Advocate General for the State of Jharkhand and he has been engaged by the Medical Council of India to appear as Standing Counsel. The learned Advocate General States that the State has full confidence in him and as an advocate he is expected to do justice to his brief.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in other writ petitions and the respondents also reposed faith in Mr. Ajit Kumar, Advocate.
(3.) The present writ petition has been filed by the State ofJharkhand through the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare, Government of Jharkhand seeking quashing of communication dated 10.06.2014 issued by the Medical Council of India and Letter dated 15.07.2014 issued by the respondent Ministry of Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare, Government of India whereby, the recommendation of the Medical Council of India to "disapprove" the permission granted for increase of seats in MBBS course in three government medical colleges in the State of Jharkhand has been accepted.;
