Jaya Roy, J. - (1.) HEARD counsel appearing for the petitioner and counsel appearing for the State. Petitioner is an accused in this case registered under Section 323/498A/341/504/313/314 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 or 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
(2.) COUNSEL appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed a case against the informant who is his wife i.e. Pakur (M) P.S. Case No. 70 of 2013 on 18th March, 2013. It is also submitted that the petitioner is husband and he has remained in custody nearly four months. Counsel appearing for the State has opposed but not disputed the period of custody of the petitioner. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pakur in connection with Pakur Manila P.S. Case No. 12 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 81 of 2013 subject to the condition that one of the bailers will be local resident having immovable property within the jurisdiction of district concerned and the petitioner will remain physically present before the trial Court at least once in a month on the date fixed for trial till the conclusion of the trial.;
