- (1.) I.A.No.3553 of 2013 An interlocutory application bearing no.3553 of 2013 has been filed wherein prayer has been made to make necessary correction in the last part of the order dated 27.2.2013 wherein complaint case no.01 of 2008 has been recorded instead of L.E.O case no.01 of 2008.
(2.) In view of the prayer made in the interlocutory application, 'complaint case no.01 of 2008' as recorded under order dated 27.2.2013 be read as 'L.E.O case no.01 of 2008'.
(3.) Accordingly, the order dated 27.2.2013 is modified to the extent indicated above.;
