H.C. Mishra, J. - (1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution. Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 407 of 2011, corresponding to G.R. No. 1819 of 2011.
(2.) THE case relates to kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant and it is alleged that the petitioner had also helped in kidnapping. It appears from the case diary that the statement of the victim girl was recorded wherein she has directly stated that the petitioner had taken part in kidnapping of the victim. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner Sabir Ansari on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail stands rejected.;
