JAYA ROY - (1.) ISSUE notice to the O.P. No. 2 in the admission matter on her present and correct address by registered post with A/D as well as by ordinary process for which requisites etc. must be filed within one week from the date of this order, failing which this application shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.
(2.) Rule is made returnable in the admission matter by two months. Police will not arrest all the petitioners above named in connection with C.P. Case No. 1326 of 2005, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, till further order.;
