- (1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.
(2.) Petitioner is accused in a case registered under Sections 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
(3.) It reveals from the First Information Report that the daughter of the informant namely Duliya Kumari was having some relation with accused Arvind Kumar Singh. It is further alleged that Duliya Kumari has been abducted by Arvind Kumar Singh with the help of the petitioner and other accused persons.;
