Prashant Kumar, J. - (1.) ANTICIPATORY bail application filed by Namrata Kiran Rani, is moved by Sri K.S. Nanda, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and opposed by Smt Nitu Sinha, learned Additional P.P. and Sri P.K. Verma, learned Counsel for the informant.
(2.) IT appears that co -accused Sadanand Choudhry and Kalpana Choudhry have been granted anticipatory bail vide order contained in Annexure -2. The case of Petitioner stands on similar footing. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I allow this application and direct the Petitioner above named to surrender in the court below by 18th of April, 2011 and in the event of her surrender, the learned court below is directed to enlarge her on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda, in connection with Godda (T) P.S. Case No. 347 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No. 1129 of 2010, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.;
