Dhirubhai Naranbhai Patel, J. - (1.) Before the learned Counsel for the Petitioner argues in much detail, it is submitted by learned Counsel for the Respondent State of Jharkhand that today a communication has been received from the Civil Surgeoncum Chief Medical Officer, Deoghar to the effect that the Petitioner is given No Objection Certificate for joining the Bihar cadre. Photo copy of the communication dated 22nd September, 2011 is given to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner.
(2.) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is satisfied with the communication and is not pressing this writ petition, at this stage.
(3.) In view of these submissions and in view of the aforesaid communication dated 22nd September, 2011 from the Civil Surgeoncum Chief Medical Officer, Deoghar, this writ petition is disposed of as not pressed, at this stage. Liberty is reserved with the Petitioner to move before this Court by way of fresh writ petition, in case of any difficulty;
