Narendra Nath Tiwari, J. - (1.) These writ petitions shall be heard.
(2.) Issue notice to the Respondent Nos. 2 to 7 by registered post with A/D for which requisites etc. must be filed in Court within a week after Puja holidays, failing which these petitions, as against the concerned Respondents, shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench.;
