PRASHANT KUMAR,J. - (1.) This contempt petition arose from the order dated 16.04.2002 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12685 of 1999 (Patna), where in this Court has directed Secretary, Health Department, Government of Jharkhand to enquire into the matter from the Civil Surgeon -cum -Chief Medical Officer and take decision relating to payment of salary within two months from the date of receipt of representation.
(2.) It appears that Principal Secretary has taken decision after nine years and as per the said decision petitioner has been paid Rs. 6,72,591/ - towards his due salary. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in fact, petitioner is entitled to get Rs. 13 lacs and odd towards his due salary, but the respondents had wrongly calculated the said amount and not supplied calculation chart.
(3.) Since petitioner disputes the quantum of his due salary and/or decision of competent authority, therefore, in my view, petitioner may file separate writ application explaining as to how he is entitled to Rs. 13 lacs and odd towards due salary.;
