- (1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by Om Prakash Rai, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 45 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No. 239 of 2010 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chaibasa, is moved by Sri R.P. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri Ravi Prakash, learned Additional P.P. for the State.
(2.) Petitioner is the owner of truck bearing registration no. UP541013.
(3.) It is alleged that on the said truck iron ore was loaded without any paper.;
