- (1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.
(2.) Petitioner is accused in a case registered under Sections 302 & 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
(3.) It reveals from the F.I.R. that dead body of a man was located lying near railway gumti No.12 on Sudna Jagnarayan road. After examining the dead body the police suspected a case of strangulation. In course of investigation the identity of deceased was established as Santosh Agrawal. The involvement of petitioner and one Mantu Singh was also surfaced during investigation and their confessional statement was recorded.;
