- (1.) In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction on the respondents to appoint him as Para Teacher in Upgraded Middle School, Kismat Kadam Sair.
(2.) It has been submitted that the petitioner has got all eligibility for being appointed as Para Teacher and that was considered by AAM SABHA and his name was also recommended. The petitioner is B.Sc. In Chemistry and is a member of backward classes. He fulfills all the criteria for being appointed as Para Teacher of the said school, but in spite of his selection by AAM SABHA, Block Education Committee has not approved his selection and the appointment letter has not been issued to him till date. He made several representations to the Deputy Commissioner, Pakur, but no order has been passed till date.
(3.) Learned S.C.II appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that if the matter is still pending before the Deputy Commissioner or if fresh representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered without further delay.;
