R.K. Merathia, J. - (1.) PETITIONERS are claiming noncompliance of the order dated 16/04/2009, passed in the connected writ petition affirmed up to L.P.A Bench. It is submitted that Respondent No. 6 Executive Engineer, Road Construction Department, Manoharpur referred the matter to the Deputy Commissioner, Chaibasa and the Deputy Commissioner referred the matter to the Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasa, Department Government of Jharkhand, Ranchi by letter dated 24/09/2010 ( Annexure A to the show cause filed by the Deputy Commissioner, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa).

AS prayed by Mr. Mishra, learned GPII, put up on 29/07/2011, before appropriate Bench, to seek instructions and file further affidavit/show cause on behalf of the Secretary, Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasa Department, Govt. of Jharkhand, Ranchi and the Secretary, Road Construction Department, Government of Jharkhand, Ranchi. Let a copy of this order be given to Sri Mishra, as prayed.;
