D.N. Patel, J. - (1.) HAVING heard learned counsel for both the sides and looking to the order, for noncompliance of which this contempt application has been preferred, it appears that the direction given by this Court reads as under: 3. In view of these submissions, I hereby, direct respondent no. 1 to treat this writ petition as a representation and to decide all the grievances ventilated in the petition, within a period of sixteen weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of an order of this Court, in accordance with law, rules, regulations, policies and enforceable Government orders, applicable to the petitioner, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner or to his representative. If the decision is taken in favour of the petitioner, the amount legally payable to the petitioner alongwith statutory interest shall be paid, within further period of four weeks, thereafter.
(2.) IN view of the aforesaid direction, decision is taken by the respondents which is at Annexure1, to the counter affidavit filed by the respondents. The representation of the petitioner has already been decided and out of legally payable amount, 30% of the amount has already been ready, which will be paid by account payee cheque and at any time, the petitioner may come and collect the same from the office of opposite parties. The rest 70% amount of legally payable amount will be paid within a period of one month.
(3.) LEARNED counsel for opposite party no. 2 is agreeing for making payment of rest of amount within a period of one month. In case of any difficulty, an application is permitted to be preferred in this contempt application.;
