- (1.) Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner, Jashbir Singh @ Prit in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 365 of 2009 corresponding to G.R. No. 2560 of 2009 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur is moved by Md. Zaid Ahmad learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri Azimuddin learned Additional P.P. and Sri Arun Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.
(2.) It is alleged that petitioner along with Truck bearing registration no. OR 07N 1747 (Tata LP) was missing and till now truck was not recovered.
(3.) Petitioner is the driver of the truck,therefore, primafacie allegation made against him appears to be true.;
