Prashant Kumar, J. - (1.) ANTICIPATORY bail application filed by Om Prakash Dubey, is moved by Sri Ashutosh Anand, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and opposed by Sri Ravi Prakash, learned Additional P.P. for the State.
(2.) ALLEGATION against the Petitioner is that he and three others defalcated Rs. 36,000/ -. The Petitioner is ready to deposit the same without being prejudice to his case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I allow this application and direct the Petitioner above named to surrender in the court below by 13th of April, 2011 and in the event of his surrender, the learned court below is directed to enlarge him on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Mandar P.S. Case No. 91 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No. 5262 of 2010, subject to the condition that the Petitioner will furnish a Treasury Challan issued by Ranchi Treasury showing that he has deposited Rs. 36,000/ - in the State Exchequer as well as the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.;
