(3.) This petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "For quashing the order dated 18.05.2018 passed by the learned Special Judge, A.C.B. Chaibasa, whereby the learned court below has been pleased to issue process under Section 82 Cr. P.C. against the petitioner in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015 dated 13.03.2015, corresponding to Vigilance Case No. 66 of 2017, now the case is pending in the court of learned Special Judge, A.C.B., Chaibasa." ;
