JUDGEMENT

- (1.) Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.
(2.) The petitioners, in these writ applications have prayed for the following reliefs: - (i) To quash the office order No. 56 dated-19.03.2007 (Annexure-19), issued under the signature of the Respondent No. 3, whereby the final seniority list of Junior Engineers in the Road Construction Department, Government of Jharkhand, has been declared. (ii) For quashing the order dated-11.02.2009, passed by the Respondent No. 2, whereby a fresh final inter se seniority list of Junior Engineers has been prepared and declared. (iii) For quashing the order dated-09.07.2008 (Annexure-25 to I.A. No. 2687 of 2008), passed by the Respondent No. 2 and also to quash the letter dated-28.02.1979 (Annexure-1), passed by the Principal Secretary, Labour, Employment & Training Department, Government of Bihar.
(3.) In course of arguments, learned Counsel for the petitioner declares that he would not press the prayer in respect of the order dated-09.07.2008 and the letter dated-28.02.1979. Consequently, the reliefs claimed in this writ application is confined only to the reliefs under item Nos. (i) and (ii).;
