JUDGEMENT
R.K. Merathia, J. -
(1.) HEARD .
(2.) THE only grievance of the petitioner is that it's representation has been disposed of by the Electrical Superintending Engineer, Electric Supply Circle, Adityapur, Jamshedpur by letter dated 6.5.2010 without considering the points raised in the representation filed by the petitioner. Mr. S.L. Agrawal, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the matter should be remanded to the higher authority for disposing of the petitioner's representation afresh.
(3.) MR . V.K. Prasad, learned Counsel for the Board, supported the impugned order but he also submitted that he is not in a position to say how the Superintending Engineer has treated the meter to be defective. He further submitted that the Board cannot suffer due to fault of the Superintending Engineer in passing the said order. He also submitted that petitioner should go before the Forum as basically the disputes are with regard to the bills/demands raised by the Board.;
