(2.) It is submitted that petitioner is praying for an order similar to the order dated 12.11.2008, passed in W.P.(C) No. 1228 of 2008-M/s Jiny Enterprises. Mr. Mehta reiterated his stand taken in paragraph 2 of the said case.
(3.) In the circumstances, I am inclined to pass similar order. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in order similar to dated 15.9.2008 passed in W.P. ( C) No. 1193 of 2008 may be passed in these cases. They further submitted that these cases are squarely covered by the decision of this Court in W.P. ( C) No. 3055 of 2007.;
