- (1.) Heard the parties and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at this stage itself.
(2.) The claim of the petitioner is for a direction to the respondents to promote the petitioner in the scale of B.Sc. Trained Teacher in the pay scale of Rs.5,500 175 9,000 for which, he is legally entitled to, as his name has already been approved by the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Santhal Pargana, Dumka, as contained in Annexure-3 to the writ petition, where his name stands at Sl. No. 12'A'.
(3.) The grievance of the petitioner is that in the list of the candidates, who were to be given promotion to the aforesaid post, as contained in Annexure-4 to the writ petition, his name does not figure though he is also entitled to B.Sc. Trained Scale.;
