JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Manjul Prasad, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner in all the three cases, submitted that three revision applications - (Mutation Revision No. 64 R 15/2009-10, Mutation Revision No. 63 R 15/2009-10 and Mutation Revision No. 65 /2009-10) were filed by the State against the orders of L.R.D.C., Ranchi along with the limitation petitions. On 15.2.2010, the cases were adjourned to 19.2.2010 for hearing on the point of admission. But, prior to the date fixed i.e. on 17.2.2010, an order was passed admitting the revision applications without giving opportunity to the petitioner of hearing in the matter of condoning the long delay; and without there being any prayer, order of stay was also passed.
(2.) Mr. Srijit Choudhary, appearing for the State could not dispute this position. However, he submitted that the L.R.D.C. passed orders without issuing notice to the State, and therefore, the said revisions have been filed before the Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi.
(3.) In the circumstances, the delay in filing revisions is condoned.;
