- (1.) This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 3.7.2009 passed by the General Manager-cum-Chief Engineer, Jharkhand State Electricity Board, Singhbhum Area, Jamshedpur.
(2.) Mr. V. K. Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner- Board assailed the impugned order on various grounds.
(3.) On the other hand, Mr. Mittal, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent supported the impugned order.;
