- (1.) Heard counsel for the parties.
(2.) The petitioner in this writ application has prayed for issuance of a direction upon the Respondents to promote the petitioner on the post of Matron from the Staff Nurse Grade- I and also give her all consequential benefits of such promotion from the date she is entitled to.
(3.) It is informed that during the pendency of this writ application, the petitioner has retired from service.;
