- (1.) Learned counsel for RPSC submits that a letter was issued to the State Government on 2nd July, 2019 as there was a doubt regarding the University from where the degree was awarded to the petitioner. Although, on basis of the letter sent by the RPSC, State Government has conducted an enquiry with regard to the qualification and degrees being issued by the Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University, Jaipur.
(2.) Learned counsel for RPSC is directed to keep ready their record relating to the said letter dated 2nd July, 2019.
(3.) State Government is also directed to keep ready their record relating to the enquiry conducted by them. The State Government shall also provide reasons for not including Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University, Jaipur as in the University Handbook of 2018, which was made available to the RPSC. State Government shall also bring the statute relating to the other Agricultural Universities established by the State.;
