- (1.) This Court vide order dated 16.10.2019 directed that D. B. Civil Writ Petition No.5997/2019 & D. B. Civil Writ Petition No.17430/2019 would be treated as the lead cases.
(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners appearing in other writ petitions submitted that they have received the copy of the reply in those writ petitions. They pray for time to file rejoinder thereto.
(3.) Mr. S. Kasliwal, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner in writ petition No.17505/2019 submits that he has raised different arguments and prayed for different relief and therefore his case may also be identified as one of the lead cases.;
