- (1.) This matter has come up on the board for orders on the application no.1/2019 filed by the appellant for early listing of the appeal. Keeping in view the limited issue involved, the matter is taken up for final disposal.
(2.) This appeal on behalf of the appellant-management challenges the judgment dated 19.08.2019 of learned Single Judge, dismissing the writ petition filed by the appellant- management. In the writ petition, prayer was made for quashment of the orders dated 19.02.2019 (Annexure-4), 15.03.2019 (Annexure-7), 12.06.2019 (Annexure-9) and 24.07.2019 (Annexure-12) passed by the Labour Court-I, Jaipur.
