(1.) Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents as caveator.
(2.) Learned counsel for the respondent - State caveator prays for ten days' time to file reply.
(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar nature writ petition being S.B.C.W.P. No. 14964/2019 : Kiran Kumari v. State of Rajasthan and Ors., the same impugned order dated 29.09.2019 is under challenge and interim order has been granted by the Court.;
(2.) Learned counsel for the respondent - State caveator prays for ten days' time to file reply.
