NARENDRA SINGH DHADDHA, J. - (1.) The present anticipatory bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.24/2016 registered at Police Station Malpura, District Tonk for the offence(s) under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC.
(2.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused--Om Prakash S/o Bajranglal Maheshwari has been released on bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 4.1.2019 in SB Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.95/2019. Counsel further submits that his case is similar to that of co-accused--Om Prakash S/o Bajranglal Maheshwari.
(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the anticipatory bail application.;
