JUDGEMENT

PANKAJ BHANDARI,J. - (1.) Petitioner has preferred this Criminal Misc.Petition seeking quashing of FIR No.705/2019 registered at Police Station Pratap Nagar, Jaipur.
(2.) It is alleged in the FIR by the complainant that he is known to Pawan Sharma and through Pawan Sharma he became acquainted with Pawan Jangid. In July 2018 Pawan Jangid came to him and told him that he has opened a company know as M/s Signature Cricket League LLP. He told the complainant that he is having direct contact with film stars including present petitioner- Boney Kapoo, Mustafa Raj, Neel Nitin Mukesh, Salman Khan etc. He also informed complainant that they will be conducting a Celebrity Cricket League match in October-November in Jaipur and that petitioner and Mustafa Raj (Film Director) is his partner and that if money is invested in Signature Cricket League LLP, the amount would be doubled.
(3.) Mr.Pawan Jangid took the complainant to Mumbai and arranged the meeting with Neel Nitin Mukesh. He informed the complainant that if two to three crores is invested in his company, he would give him the post of Director. On this assurance the amount was deposited in favour of Signature Cricket League. It is also averred in the FIR that on 10.10.2018 Mustafa Raj came to Jaipur. Pawan Jangid arranged for a meeting of complainant with Mustafa Raj. Mustafa Raj told the complainant that "Celebrity Cricket League" will be holding matches at Jaipur in which many stars would be playing. On 18.10.2018 petitioner-Boney Kapoor came to Jaipur and in a Press Conference announced that "Celebrity Cricket League" matches will be held in December in Jaipur. On the same day Pawan Jangid arranged for a meeting of the complainant and his friends with petitioner-Boney Kapoor. On assurance of petitioner friends of complainant also invested money in M/s Signature Criecket League LLP.;
