- (1.) HEARD learned counsel for the State.
(2.) THE convict-petitioner has moved this application for his transfer from Central Jail, ajmer to Central Jail, Jaipur.
(3.) THE learned counsel for the State has raised an objection that there are statutory rules framed by the State Government wherein there is a provision for transfer of convict-accused from one jail to another on the grounds mentioned therein but without approaching the competent authority, he has directly preferred this application before this Court, therefore, it is liable to be dismissed only on this ground alone.;
