Guman Singh, J. - (1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.
(2.) This appeal has been preferred by the injured Mangal Chand Saini for enhancement of compensation awarded by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jaipur & Rajasthan Co-op. Tribunal, Jaipur vide judgment dated 14.7.1999 whereby a sum of Rs. 85,930/- was awarded to the injured-appellant by way of compensation for 32.6% permanent disability sustained by him in the accident.
(3.) The challenge in the appeal pertains to quantum of compensation only.;
