JUDGEMENT

- (1.) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers: "i. The action of the respondents while not considering the experience gained by the petitioner under the Guest Faculty Scheme for granting bonus marks as provided to Vidhyarthi Mitras in recruitment on the post of Gram Panchayat Sahayak and further not filling up the total advertised post in Gram Panchayat Nepalpura may kindly be declared per se illegal, unjust, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 , 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India; and/or ii. The respondents may kindly be directed to provide bonus marks to the petitioner towards his experience gained while serving under Guest Faculty Scheme as provided to the Vidhyarthi Mitras for a year i.e. session 2004-05. iii. The respondent may kindly be directed to provide bonus marks of one year to the petitioners towards his experience gained while serving under Vidhyarthi Mitra Scheme for the session 2006-07. iv. The respondent may kindly be directed to fill up the total advertised post and if the petitioner comes in merit, he be provide appointment on the post of Gram Panchayat Sahayak at Gram Panchayat Nepalpura, forthwith with all consequential benefits."
(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Bhoma Ram Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6023/2017) decided on 01.06.2017.
(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner also states that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Sunita Sharma Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1032/2017) decided on 24.05.2017.;
