PRADEEP NANDRAJOG,J. - (1.) Since the only issue in the appeal concerns assessment of loss of dependency determined by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, I only note facts relevant to adjudicate the same.
(2.) Deceased Radheyshyam Ojha was aged 38 years. He was survived by his mother, wife, three minor daughters and two minor sons.
(3.) The deceased has proved to be having three sources of income:- (i). Income from agriculture. (ii). Income from dairy business. (iii). Income from a labour contractor.;
