ARUN BHANSALI,J. - (1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties on the application filed by the petitioners under section 151 CPC for bringing on record legal representatives of petitioner No. 1 Ganesh Mal.
(2.) For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Legal representatives as indicated in the application are taken on record.
(3.) This revision petition is directed against order dated 07.03.1994 passed by Additional District Judge, Pali, whereby, the appeal filed by the petitioners against order dated 17.01.1994 has been modified.;
