(Reportable) - These writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners questioning the legality and validity of the report of the committee dated 13.07.2018, the clarification notice dated 05.08.2018 pursuant to the advertisement dated 31.07.2018 and have sought direction to the respondents to permit the petitioners to participate in selection process pursuant to the advertisement dated 31.07.218 for the post of Teacher Grade III - Level (ii) English and restrain them from rejecting the candidature of the petitioners.

It is, inter alia, indicated in the writ petitions that an advertisement dated 31.07.2018 was issued for Rajasthan Primary and Upper Primary School Teacher Direct recruitment-2018 by the respondents for the post of Teacher Grade III - Level (ii) subject-English. The qualification required was indicated as under:- "A. Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). Graduation with at least 50% marks and 1- year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) Graduation with at least 45% marks and 1- year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year B.A./B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed. Graduation with at least 50% marks and 1- year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.)
