ARUN BHANSALI, J. - (1.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the order Annex.7 and has further sought a direction to the respondents to issue experience certificate to the petitioner for the work done by him under NHM Project for 1 year, 10 months and 25 days as Pharmacist.
(2.) It is, inter alia, indicated in the writ petition that the petitioner holds the qualification as a registered Pharmacist. By order dated 31.3.2016, the petitioner was granted appointment on the post of Computer-man with Machine by the RMRS Shivram Nathuji Tak Satellite Hospital Mandore, Jodhpur. Whereafter by its order dated 23.9.2016, in view of the fact that the petitioner had D-Pharma, he was directed to assist one Nursinghram Parihar in the pharmacy store till further orders.
(3.) The advertisement for the post of Pharmacist was issued on 13.8.2018, inter alia, providing for grant of bonus marks for having done work similar to the advertised post. When the petitioner applied for grant of experience certificate, the In-charge of the Satellite Hospital wrote to the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Jodhpur, inter alia, indicating that the petitioner was assigned the work of pharmacist on 23.9.2016, which he was continuing to do and, therefore, his experience was for 1 year 10 months and 25 days as on 4.8.2018 and, therefore, instructions regarding issuance of experience certificate be given.;
