PUSHPENDRA SINGH BHATI,J. - (1.) The petitioners herein have preferred this writ petition, in sum and substance, for the following reliefs :- "a) by an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondent no.3 may kindly be directed to consider candidature of the petitioner in MBC category for grant of appointment on the post of Teacher Grade-III in subject of Science Maths. b) by an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondent no.3 may further be directed to give appointment to the petitioner on the post of Teacher Grade-III Level-II in the subject of Science Maths in MBC category as she stands in the merit list with all consequential benefits. c) Any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner. d) Writ petition filed by the petitioner may kindly be allowed with costs."
(2.) The petitioners herein earlier belong to OBC category and now they belong to More Backward Category (MBC). They participated in selection process of Teacher Grade-III Level-II pursuant to advertisement dated 06.7.2016 in their respective subjects.
(3.) Due to intervention of Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in D.B. Civil Special Appeal (W) No.1464/2016 - Sher Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., the forms had to be second time filled/ updated in view of amended notice dated 11.9.2017. The petitioners herein amended/updated their forms accordingly. The MBC category candidates were required to submit third time their updations/filling form on or before 01.01.2018 by virtue of letter dated 25.12.2017 (Annex.7).;
