JUDGEMENT
VIJAY BISHNOI,J. -
(1.) This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., 1973 has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer for quashing of FIR No.27/17 of Police Station Gogamedi, District Hanumangarh for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120 B IPC on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.
(2.) On 27.04.2018, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before Investigating Officer and to submit their compromise deed. Pursuant to that the petitioner and the respondent No.2 appeared before the Investigating Officer along with the compromise deed and as per the factual report submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor, the Investigating Officer has verified the factum of compromise deed between the parties.

The impugned FIR dated 10.02.2017 is lodged against the petitioner at the instance of the respondent No.2 at Police Station Gogamedi, District Hanumangarh with the allegations that the respondent No.2 is an educated unemployed person and has been applying for government jobs from time to time. It is further stated that the petitioner, who is running coaching classes is known to him; approached him in January, 2012 and assured that he would get his diploma of B.Sc and M.Sc. done in computer science from Haryana and for that purpose the respondent No.2 was supposed to pay an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- to him. On giving the assurance by the petitioner, the respondent No.2 paid him Rs. 50,000/- in the presence of his parents and the petitioner got the signature of the respondent No.2 on certain forms and documents. It is further alleged that in October, 2012 the petitioner handed over him a photo copy of mark-sheet of M.Sc. from the CJM University, Meghalaya and demanded the due amount of Rs. 50,000/-. It is alleged that when the respondent No.2 asked about the original mark-sheet, the petitioner assured him that the same would be handed over to him within some days and on this assurance he had given him remaining Rs. 50,000/- then the petitioner has also assured him to get a job in Haryana Government.;
