INDERJEET SINGH,J. - (1.) These writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking direction to the respondents to conduct Physical Efficiency Test of the petitioners afresh after giving reasonable notice of date and time for conducting the test for recruitment for the post of Constable.

Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were unable to download the admit card for appearing in the Physical Efficiency Test due to problem occurred in downloading the admit card; in some of the cases either the admit cards were downloaded in late hours of the date of Physical Efficiency Test or in some of the cases the admit cards were downloaded after the date of Physical Efficiency Test.
(3.) Counsel further submits that in other district like Jodhpur the respondents have postponed the date of Physical Efficiency Test as there was also the same problem occurred in downloading the admit cards, after it came to the notice of the Department.;
