VIJAY BISHNOI,J. - (1.) The Petitioners are e-Mitra Kiosks/Centres Operators of District Pali running their e-Mitra Centres at various places in District Pali.
(2.) As per the Petitioners. they have entered into an agreement with CMS Computers Limited (Local Service Provider) (hereinafter to be referred as 'LSP') to provide services to the people of Pali District of e-Mitra as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement.
(3.) The Petitioners have claimed that the agreement between the LSP and them was executed in the year 2012 and was continued up to December 2017.;
