INDERJEET SINGH,J. - (1.) Heard on application no.65776/2017 filed by the respondent no.1 for allowing the respondent no.1 to make promotions on the post of Resident Engineer from the post of Project Engineer (Senior) subject to final decision of the writ petition.
(2.) This court vide order dated 05.10.2016 passed the following order:- "As prayed by learned counsel for respondents, list this case on 18th October, 2016. The respondent-Raj. Housing Board is directed not to make further promotion on the post of Project Engineer (Senior) till the next date of hearing."
(3.) On 16.08.2017 this court while allowing the corrections in the earlier order dated 05.10.2016 passed the following order:- "The application for correction in the order dated 05.10.2016 passed by this court is allowed for the reasons assigned therein. The words "Project Engineer (Senior)" be read as "Resident Engineer" in the order dated 05.10.2016. This order be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 05.10.2016.";
