Inderjeet Singh, J. - (1.) This appeal has been filed by the appellant under Section 14- A of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities Act) against the order dated 15.02.2018 passed by the Special Judge, POCSO Act, Jaipur.
(2.) F.I.R. No. 18/2018 was registered against the appellant at Police Station Shastri Nagar, Jaipur for offences under Sections 376 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of the POCSO Act and 3-1 (W-ii) and 3- 2(V) of SC/ST Act.
(3.) Counsel for the appellant submitted that according to the statement of prosecutrix recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., she has admitted friendship with the accused-appellant since last one year and she went with him at her own.;
